Jeffrey is a psychotherapist and family specialist. He has been in practice for the last 20 years, with offices in Dutchess and New York City. He has worked with individuals, couples, and families. His years of clinical experience combined with his understanding of the complexities or divorce allow him to help divorcing families go through the process in a more humane and less adversarial way.
Pivotal Moments
Jeffrey, along with his colleague Abby Rosmarin Esq. LMHC, are currently co-facilitating a structured group experience called Pivotal Moments. This series was created for people who are experiencing a significant transition in their lives and want to make some important changes. Sometimes this desire is precipitated by an external event like a divorce, the loss of a job, or children launching. Sometimes an idea has been conceived but it has been difficult to begin the steps to execute or finish. Pivotal Moments is designed to offer a forum to help participants finally gain the clarity and confidence to create an action plan to realize a long awaited dream or goal.The group offers significant feedback and support.
